House of Light - Services and support

A perinatal mental health specialist charity offering low and high intensity counselling and support.

We offer low intensity counselling via our direct access counselling placement programme which you can self-refer into. We also offer a wide range of high intensity therapy interventions through our local NHS Talking Therapy networks. You can access this by referring to Hull Talking Therapies and requesting House of Light if you wish.

Our support can be accessed over the telephone, via email and in our group settings. Our groups are for parents and carers to come with heir little ones and enjoy a hot drink and a chat.

We also work within the East Hull Family Hubs offering support on their First 1001 Days Start for Life Programme.

If you are pregnant or struggling antenatally or postnatally, call or email House of Light.

Our groups are free to attend, we provide tea, coffee, and toast! You just need to turn up, no referral or phone call necessary. You will always be met with a warm welcome.
