Pregnancy

  1. Booking appointment at 8 to 12 weeks
  2. Ask a midwife service
  3. 11 to 14 weeks dating scan
  4. Midwife 16 week antenatal appointment
  5. 18 to 21 weeks ultrasound scan

  7. 25 weeks midwife antenatal appointment MAT B1 form
  8. 28 weeks midwife appointment
  9. Antenatal classes
  10. Safer sleep advice and support
    1. 28 to 36 health visitor antenatal visit
  11. 34 to 40 weeks Bi-weekly midwife checks

Birth

  1. Midwife visit on the first day after discharge from the hospital
  2. Day 5 midwife visit or appointment in a clinic for postnatal checks and weigh your baby
    1. 10 to 14 days new birth health visitor home visit
    2. 6 to 8 week health visitor follow up visit
