ChatHealth is a confidential text messaging service for young people aged 11 – 19 years of age and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities up to the age of 25. This messaging service enables young people to easily get in touch with their local school nurses to discuss a range of topics and worries, or to make an appointment with a health practitioner. Information on how to access other local services including emotional support or sexual health services. Experienced clinicians are online waiting to answer and deal with any messages from young people. |

How to access the service |
Young people can text anytime and the service will respond from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. During out-of-hours, anyone who texts the service will receive an automated message with advice on where to get help if their question is urgent. |
