Everyone wants the best for their children, but it can be hard to know what to do as a parent in the early years. That's where HENRY comes in. The HENRY programme is free to join and helps you give your child the best possible start in life, building your confidence as a parent.
We have some upcoming HENRY Right from the Start weekly programmes that parents can join in with for free, they are a great opprotunity to have some time to yourself and meet other parents with little ones themselves. Lear from eache other as we explore topics around family life from starting solid foods to the foods we eat as a family, family routine to meet your child's needs and much more. We also have a programme for those with chiildren of primary school age (HENRY Healthy Families Growing Up) starting in east Hull alongside some shorter workshops on Starting Solid Foods, Eating Well for Less and Fussy Eating.
