Hull University Teaching Hospitals are a large NHS hospitals trust serving patients in Hull and East Yorkshire. They employ over 8,000 staff. The two main hospitals are Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill.

The Every Mum Matters campaign has launched in Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire to support new and expectant mums and their families to be able to recognise symptoms of perinatal mental health problems early and encourage them to seek help quickly. Specialist services and support are available in these areas.

Home Start is a voluntary organisation committed to promoting the welfare of families with at least one child under five years of age.

House of Light is a perinatal mental health charity offering support and counselling to parents’ pre-conception to post birth who are struggling with mental health difficulties following pregnancy, birth and in cases of loss, miscarriage, termination, and stillbirth.
