Parenting support
Financial support
We know parents and carers experiencing financial stress are more likely to experience parenting difficulties. This can impact on the mental health and wellbeing of children.
You can find advice and support on financial issues at your local Family Hub. You will find employment and benefit support, support to buy food, and help with housing issues.
Employment and benefit support
DWP employment and benefit support drop-in can be accessed regularly at our Family Hubs. It is for families looking for work or applying for benefits.
Housing support
If you need to discuss any housing or rent issues you may be having, your local Family Hub can help. They can put you in touch with a Local Housing Officer.
